Child Care Works for Oregon

The Oregon Child Care Resource and Referral Directors’ website serves as a strategic hub for business leaders, community stakeholders, Department of Early Learning and Care leaders, and state legislators. Our mission is to illuminate the critical role CCR&R agencies play in strengthening Oregon’s early learning workforce and building resilient, high-quality child care systems across our 15 regions.

We champion the development of accessible, equitable, and sustainable early learning workforce pathways that empower educators, uplift families, and fuel local economies. By investing in CCR&R agencies, Oregon ensures that public funds are directed toward proven, community-rooted solutions that yield long-term benefits for children, families, and the broader workforce.

Together, we are cultivating a future where every child has access to nurturing, high-quality early care and every early learning professional is supported, valued, and equipped to thrive.
