Oregonians push for universal childcare, as report shows costs can exceed $20K annually

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A group of parents and childcare providers joined in a national push for universal childcare on Monday. A recent report shows that the cost of some programs in Oregon has risen by 10% since last year.
